SENSORLOCK™ Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 13, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of the SENSORLOCK™ Thermostat Probe Holder (“Product”), manufactured and sold by Alpine Print Design LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using the Product, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Product Use
The Product is intended for use in reptile enclosures to secure thermostat probes. The Product must be installed according to the included instructions. The Product is not intended for use in direct contact, or within 4 inches of the heat source. Misuse or improper installation may cause damage to your equipment or enclosure.
2. Wholesale, Reseller & Distributor Sales
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved resellers, distributors, or manufacturers with an active account and reseller's agreement. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply for wholesale purchases. MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) and any agreed minimum resale pricing must be followed unless otherwise approved in writing. Direct-to-consumer sales will be fulfilled at current retail pricing. Shipping costs are not included in wholesale pricing and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Branding & Marketing Compliance
All resellers, wholesalers, and distributors of SENSORLOCK™ (“Partners”) agree to the following:
Accurate Product Representation
Partners may only use product descriptions, claims, images, and specifications provided by us. Partners shall not make claims or guarantees about the Product inconsistent with information on our website, packaging, or official materials.
Marketing Material Approval
Any marketing materials, advertisements, or promotions created by Partners that include SENSORLOCK™ branding or images must be approved in writing by us prior to distribution. Unauthorized use of branding, logos, or images is prohibited.
Brand Integrity & Consumer Perception
Partners shall not market the Product in a manner that misleads consumers, misrepresents the brand, or harms our reputation. Partners shall maintain the visual aesthetic, branding style, and messaging consistency established by us.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale or distribution accounts if Partners fail to comply with these guidelines.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Manufacturing lead times may be between 5 and 14 days for low inventory items. We ship via USPS Ground or Priority, UPS or FedEx within the U.S. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident in your SENSORLOCK™ purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.
Retail Orders (Single or Multi-Packs)
Return window: You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For this policy, “bulk orders” means any of the following: An order of 11 or more units in one purchase. Any order placed at wholesale pricing. Any custom or special-order units (custom packaging, colors, branding, or any order not shown on our Products page). Bulk orders are non-refundable unless items arrive damaged or defective from manufacturing. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the package is delivered to the carrier.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, including photos of the packaging if damaged. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at sales@sensorlockstore.com to request a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Limited Warranty
Expressed as one year unconditional warranty. We warrant the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only the SENSORLOCK™ unit itself and does not cover: Damage to enclosures, heating equipment, caging, or other accessories, loss, injury, or harm to animals, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of the Product. This limited warranty covers damage to the unit resulting from distributed weight applied to the SENSORLOCK™ up to 20 pounds. While the SENSORLOCK™ has been tested under higher forces, any application of distributed weight exceeding 20 pounds is not covered under this warranty, and we cannot guarantee performance or durability in such cases. Our sole responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective unit at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of animals, equipment damage, property, or business profits arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
9. Intellectual Property
SENSORLOCK™ and associated branding are trademarks of Alpine Print Design LLC. The Product design is patent pending. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
