RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SENSORLOCK™ Thermostat Probe Holder. This Returns Policy explains your options if you need to return a product, including how to request a return, return eligibility, and our refund process. By purchasing our products, you agree to follow the guidelines outlined on this page.

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns require prior authorization. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom or bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use. Please read our full Terms and Conditions for more details.

 

Retail Orders (Single or Multi-Packs)

Return window: You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

 

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For this policy, “bulk orders” means any of the following: An order of 11 or more units in one purchase. Any order placed at wholesale pricing. Any custom or special-order units (custom packaging, colors, branding, or any order not shown on our Products page). Bulk orders are non-refundable unless items arrive damaged or defective from manufacturing. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the package is delivered to the carrier.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, including photos of the packaging if damaged. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

 

How to Request a Return

Contact us at sales@sensorlockstore.com to request a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
