SHIPPING POLICY
SENSORLOCK™ Shipping Policy
Effective Date: August 13, 2025
At SensorLock™ (“we,” “us”), we strive to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping terms.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Manufacturing lead times may be between 5 and 14 days for low inventory items. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order ships, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Standard shipping times:
U.S. domestic: 3–7 business days
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Retail orders may qualify for free shipping if specified at checkout. Shipping costs for wholesale or bulk orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk orders (11+ units, wholesale pricing, or custom orders) follow the same shipping procedures. Bulk orders may require 4-6 weeks for lead times. Shipping costs for bulk orders will be calculated per order and may vary based on weight, quantity, and destination.
